Online Lessons and Badges

  • We currently support teachers to use Skype for online lessons.
  • We issue digital badges that verify background checks and the amount of lessons taught through The MusicianShip’s online marketplace.
  • All instructors are rated by students/parents after each lesson has been completed, which helps you with your online profile reputation.

Flexibility

We are more flexible than traditional music schools. You control your own schedule, your own location, teach from your own curriculum, and set your own rate!

Family

  • You will receive priority notifications about paid performance opportunities through our Wammie Award and Funk Parade brands.
  • You will become part of The MusicianShip family, and will be notified of special “MusicianShip family” events.
  • Events include no cost/low cost master classes and clinics delivered by our prominent Ambassadors and other Music Professionals from around the world.
What Does it Cost?

It is free to sign up with us. When your students pay through our marketplace, The MusicianShip charges a 20% transaction fee that includes support, platform upkeep, the transaction fee for your direct deposit, and directly funds The MusicianShip’s no-cost after school and summer programs for youth in underserved communities. Remember – as an independent contractor you set your own fee to make the money that you want.
